ABOUT PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders commence on Tuesdays and conclude on Fridays. On the following Saturday, I will submit the order to the supplier. Please note that once the order is placed on Saturday, modifications cannot be accommodated. The typical lead time for the product to arrive is between two to three weeks.

For customers opting for pick-up, I will notify you via email once your item(s) are ready for collection. For those selecting shipping, a shipping label will be generated and sent to you. You will receive an automated notification confirming that your item(s) have been dispatched.
